The combined type low dew point dryer (combined dryer for short) is the low dew point drying equipment with an integration of a refrigerated dryer and an adsorption dryer. Among them, the refrigerated dryer has no gas consumption, with an advantage of low energy consumption, but it owns the dew point temperature limit; the dryer has an advantage of low dew point and a disadvantage of great gas consumption for regeneration. The combined type low dew point dryer developed by the company contains the refrigerated dryer & adsorption dryer's respective own advantages, and depends on the reasonable pipe connection & capacity collocation, so as to give play to their advantages to the greatest extent, to achieve the maximum cost performance.
The combined dryer combines the refrigerated dryer with the adsorption dryer. Sometimes, it is equipped with the corresponding filtration, dedusting, oil removal, and other devices, so that the dryer may adapt to more complicated gas environments.


Technical Features

1. The refrigerated dryer adopts the refrigeration & dehumidification and gas cyclone separation process. The adsorption dryer utilizes the pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption process. The equipment with the corresponding filtration, dedusting, and oil removal devices has a direct interception, inertia collision, gravity sedimentation, and other filtration mechanisms.
2. Have features like stable running and reliable operation, able to achieve the long-term unhanded operation.
3. The regeneration heat source (for the adsorption dryer with the micro-heating device) adopts the electric heating mode. The regeneration step uses heating + cold blowing.
4. Adopt its own dry air as the regeneration gas source, with low gas consumption.
5. Have the long-period switching function.
6. Carry out the automatic operation, able to achieve the unmanned operation.
7. The refrigeration system * s elements are reasonably configured, with a low failure rate.
8. Adopt the electronic intelligent or floating ball type automatic pollutant discharge device, so as to achieve the automatic pollutant discharge function.
9. Have a simple technical process, with a low failure rate and low investment cost.
10. Own simple & convenient operation and maintenance, easy to be operated.
