working principle
Under a certain pressure, due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen on the carbon molecular sieve are quite different. The oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve in large quantities, and the nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
Since the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies significantly with different pressures, reducing the pressure can desorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused.
Two adsorption tower processes are adopted, one tower absorbs nitrogen, and the other tower desorbs and regenerates, cycle alternately, and continuously produce high-quality nitrogen.
