Product details description
The no-heat adsorption regeneration dryer (no-heat dryer) is an adsorption drying & purification device. It uses the pressure swing adsorption principle to remove the water in the air, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the air. The no-heat regeneration dryer utilizes the characteristic that the porous surface of the adsorbent may select to carry out adsorption for some components, so that the water in the air is adsorbed to the pore of the adsorbent, in order to eliminate the water in the air. After the adsorbent is operated for a certain time, the adsorbent becomes saturated to achieve adsorption equilibrium. It is required to use the drying gas under the near normal pressure to regenerate the adsorbent, so as to recover the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. As the adsorbent may be repeatedly used for adsorption and regeneration, the no-heat regeneration dryer may be carried out the continuous, safe and reliable operation. The no-heat regeneration dryer is mainly composed of the following devices including two adsorption towers available for being alternatively used, one muffler, one set of switch valves, one control system and gas source processing unit.
