Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen making machine equipment, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, using pressure swing adsorption principle, directly from the compressed air to obtain nitrogen.
Under a certain pressure, due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen on carbon molecular sieve is very different, and oxygen molecules are adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve in large quantities. The molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
Since the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies significantly with the pressure, the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve can be desorbed by reducing the pressure, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused.
Using two adsorption column process, one column adsorption nitrogen production, one column desorption regeneration, alternating cycles, continuous production of high quality nitrogen.
